Wonderful location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to take in dinner at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every day! The place was the perfect getaway and we appreciated coming back to the clean and spacious place after days to the beach!

Outdated glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I had been scared to death the whole time on the list of kids was gonna break it or something, didn't look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we're clean but experienced no pressure, outside spicket didn't work so could utilize it to scrub feet off after being within the beach, before you came inside.

I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, two on the three plastic chairs outside ended up damaged. The house really could utilize a good power washing and that would make a big improvement for the deck. The house has so much potential it truly is unfortunate to see it getting run down. I Completely loved the area, but if improvements will not be made would not lease house yet again. Surely endorse visiting Port St Joe in the event you have not !!
